Very good hotel, lovely inside and out. Went up to Barrow for an interview. Breakfast was good, very filling. Room was clean and tidy no complaints here for the room. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to when I was eating breakfast, a member of stuff was rather rude which put me off my meal.
Very good refurbished hotel. Well presented rooms, warm and comfortable. Good internet and good breakfast and facilities. No dining room in evening and imperial hotel directs one towards majestic hotel restaurant fracescas. Very good Italian restaurant well recommended, but an irritation if your staying at Hotel Imperial, particularly with bad weather.
Went here for George Michael tribute and 3 course meal for my birthday treat of my lovely niece Kelly and I must say I was very impressed. The meal was delicious with plenty of fresh vegetables and hot as it should be. Very generous helpings infact had to take huge portion of meat home for my pooch. The cheese and biccys was a huge portion as well with 4 different cheeses some of this had to be relocated home to. Room was spotless and tastefully decorated. Entertainment and atmosphere great. All for 25.00 a head great night and great value. X
Stayed in a big room with a jacuzzi bath in it. The bed was large and comfortable, however the pillows were flat and I needed to request more. Clean rooms. Altogether a good stay. No onsite restaurant though. The restaurant is a short walk away. Nice bar and helpful friendly staff.
Highly recommended, the imperial hotel can cater to all needs, i phoned them on way down to sort out a surprise bouquet of flowers for my partner and didn't leave them much time I arrived a couple hours later and they had them sorted. The staff are so down to earth and always happy to help. The Manager Ian was absolutely brilliant made our stay so welcoming and looking forward to our next time down. Highly recommended
