Overpriced for small, cramped rooms. Some of the staff were not as polite or hospitable as I'd expect. The heating in our room wasn't working and at 1am we were given an electric heater to use!
Being in the restaurant game myself I know what people expect. Even though the food is exceptional, the service is not. Over a 20 minute wait for a menu and a further 15 minutes for the eccentric waiter (who was just too much) to take our drinks order. We asked to sit outside and the waiter basically rolled his eyes. Rude and very slow, which is a shame as the whole place is stunning.
The best hotel in the North West. The General Manager is fantastic and always friendly and accommodating. Everyone loves the excellent service and flexibility he provides. The venue is spectacular with spacious modern rooms, delicious food and incredible entertainment. Highly recommend
Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The food was superb both in the evening and at breakfast. It's a shame the weather was terrible during our weekend stay as we would have liked to explore the hotel grounds more. The nearly Abbey is good to see. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.
Absolutely amazing place. Went for my partner's twin brothers wedding and the staff were so helpful and made the wedding go smoothly. The food was amazing. Everything was so nice. I highly recommend staying here. Few pictures of the outside and the kind of breakfast you can have.
