Good pub, but on this particular occasion the wait for food was too long so we left
Had medium steak with my kids.was more like rare.was so hungry I eat half of it.oozing of blood.no member of staff came over during or after 20 minutes of finishing to ask if meal was ok or to take plates away.it wasn't busy either. I could see the barmaid and landlady clearly chatting while not serving anyone.when I was leaving I took my plate to the bar and explained everything I've said above.all I got was .Sorry about that.....just not good enough really
Cracking food, well priced. Lovely staff. Always worth a visit when I'm nearby!Edit; things, have most definitely changed. Poor service and food has certainly gone downhill. There's a garage across the street, a sanwicsa there is better.
