Had to go for a scan and the sonograph was so rude as I asked the X-ray desk if I could go to the loo and they told me I could as I drank more than needed anyway and the Lady comes in doesnt even let me get out the toilet before she shout across the waiting area have you empty and everyone in the waiting room is staring at me this point making me feel like a complete idiot and when I asked the lady if she could say it more discreetly she snaps and say youve jus come out of the toilet and when I get in the room she didnt even ask me if I wanted the two students to stay in which as a patient is my right to have a choice whether they stay Wich I polite asked them to leave. Furness general doesnt even deserve one star in the scans department I will be also making a complaint to as Ive never in my life been treated so poorly at hospital thats supposed have care and compassion towards people no matter their age and in future I will be getting referred to Preston or Birmingham

Had to go to a and e for an infected leg while we were on holiday everyone was lovely from receptionist thru to naomi the lovely lady who dressed my leg great hospital can't recommend it enough many thanks

My wife was admitted about 6 weeks ago with pneumonia we said the staff were good both on ward one And six ,

My husband, Geoff Rose, was taken by excellent paramedics from Seathwaite, Nr Broughton to A&E, after collapsing suddenly on Bank Holiday Sunday 1/4/18 afternoon. We were given amazing support and medical attention throughout our time there. From Reception Staff through to all medical support staff, nurses, doctors and a warm welcome in the restaurant! We can't thank you enough and really appreciate all you did for us.

Had my son in Barrow due to there being no space in Lancaster to be induced and all I can say is WOW, it was like a hotel. The maternity care I recieved was excellent especially Edith and Tandy who looked after me so thank you x
