Sadly one of my relatives passed away during the bad weather. I travelled on the Friday from Devon to see them before they passed away. I did not make it in time, but still wanted to say my goodbyes. It's a Saturday morning and they are closed, I left a message. A kind gentleman returned my call and I explained the situation, he opened up to allow me to say my goodbyes. I cannot thank the two gentleman that greeted me that morning. Very professional and sympathetic to my circumstances. Thank you.
