Lady was asked if we could a pink vibrate bunch of flowers , we didn't get that my husband said she was rude and was sat with her back to him most of there conversation, he asked for a bunch of flowers for today , before he had time to explain , she jump in and said No you are too late for delivery, he didn't want delivery just too pick them up later , customer service needs twicking I think , we will spend 30 somewhere else next time :(
