This practice is a joke. Ive tried to get my son in a few times when really needed, but failed. They are a shambles
Avoid! Absolute shambles of a practice. If you finally get an appointment the Dr mis diagnoses and is flippant in his manner. The whole practice is a joke to put it mildly and when I last visited a month ago no Nurse! Absolutely terrible. I have since changed my surgery and only regret I didn't do it sooner.
Very pleased with the care, and advice given to my family and myself by both doctors. The surgery is well presented, and the receptionists are professional, kind & considerate.
Very disappointing
I have been with this surgery since I moved up here 10 years ago. Since it has became The Family Practice it has been awful. Don't get me wrong the Doctors and Nurses are fanastic it's the receptionists that are the problem. They are rude over the phone and it is impossible to even get passed them to speak to a doctor let alone see one. I was last in the surgery a month ago to see DR Rita with something that could potentially be a serious health issue. I was meant to let her know if the medication that she gave me worked and if every thing is okay! Unfortunately the medication hasn't worked and my symptoms are worse and I have rung every day for the past two weeks to get an appointment. When I get through to a member of staff they either put me on hold for at least 30 minutes or don't even answer and when they do answer they tell me to ring back on a different day and when I ring back we repeat this whole cycle. Not only am I having issues with the surgery but so aren't many others that I know. I think they need to seriously think about the staff they have hired. So disappointed this has caused so much stress on the past few weeks !
