Don't appear to want businessI contacted them on 17th August to discuss their supplying slate for a hearth. Size and price were discussed I said I would go ahead. It was agreed that I would email them and they would respond by supplying a phone number so I could formally place the order and pay. I emailed as requested both directly and via their website - still waiting for them to respond! In the meantime I have obtained the slate elsewhere and it has been delivered. The are clearly in the enviable position of being able to ignore potential customers so don't waste your time.Appears from owner's response that the problem is entirely my fault for not making more effort to make contact!
